• Ensure smooth service flow by taking food and beverage order from guest, repeat customer order with minimum eyes contact,

execute orders via Point of Sales system (POS).

通過從客人那裡獲取食品和飲料訂單, 重複客戶訂單, 通過銷售點系統(POS)執行訂單,確保順暢的服務流程.

• Responsible in maintaining high level of attentive service to all our guest in hosting and effectively managing and co-ordinate seating

arrangement thus increasing turnover and sales.

負責為所有客人提供高水平的服務,以便主持和有效管理和協調座位安排,從而增加營業額和銷售額.

• Manage all outlet stocks [ Bar items, disposable items, chemical and etc].

管理所有插座庫存 [酒吧用品,一次性用品,化學品等].

• Assist on month end stock take.

協助月底庫存.

• Respond to guest feedback and request professionally and efficiently during the absence of higher management team. To report to higher management team in any case of guest feedback and pick up trace of dissatisfaction from observation. 在沒有高級管理團隊的情況下,回應客戶的反饋意見並提出專業,高效的要求. 在任何客戶反饋的情況下向更高管理團隊報告,並從觀察中獲取不滿的痕跡.
