• Ensure smooth service flow by taking food and beverage order from guest, repeat customer order with minimum eyes contact,

execute orders via Point of Sales system (POS).

• Responsible in maintaining high level of attentive service to all our guest in hosting and effectively managing and co-ordinate seating

arrangement thus increasing turnover and sales.

• Manage all outlet stocks [ Bar items, disposable items, chemical and etc].

• Assist on month end stock take.

• Respond to guest feedback and request professionally and efficiently during the absence of higher management team. To report to higher management team in any case of guest feedback and pick up trace of dissatisfaction from observation. 在没有高级管理团队的情况下,回应客户的反馈意见并提出专业,高效的要求. 在任何客户反馈的情况下向更高管理团队报告,并从观察中获取不满的痕迹.
