工資待遇：$5500-$10,000

職位描述：

1. 挖掘用戶需求，優化用戶體驗，創造產品價值；

2. 負責公司所有業務的後台產品設計，包含產品的市場調研、需求分析、產品規劃、功能設計，並推進與落實；

3. 收集用戶反饋，分析業務數據，持續優化產品

4. 跨部門溝通，協助解決產品開發和實施中的問題, 達成產品目標

職位要求：

1.具備中文溝通能力

2.具備獨立的產品功能規劃與交互原型設計能力

3.熟悉開發流程，有較強的溝通能力和團隊協作能力

4.熟練使用Axure、Mindmanage等工具，精通流程圖、泳道圖的繪製

5.主導產品規劃、完善產品細節定義，輸出詳細的產品需求文檔，協調研發，測試開展工作

6.規劃產品功能的建設周期及開發排期，跟蹤協調產品的研發進度，把握產品質量，協調產品交付

7.對新事物敏感，熟悉區塊鏈相關技術及產品

8.大專以上學歷，3年以上工作經驗。

Technology Product Manager

Salary: $5,500-$10,000

Job Description

1. Discover user’s needs, optimize user experiences, and create new product value.

2. Responsible for all the product background design of the company businesses, including product market research, demand analysis, product planning, functional design and promotion and implementation.

3. Collect users』 feedback and analyze business data in order continuously optimize products.

4. Communicate across departments, assist in solving problems in product development and implementation, and achieve product goals.

Requirements

1. Candidates must be available to communicate in Mandarin

2. Ability to do product function planning and interactive prototype design independently.

3. Familiar with the product development process, have strong communication and teamwork skills.

4. Familiar with Axure, Mindmanage and other tools, proficient in drawing flowcharts and swimlane diagrams.

5. To lead product planning, complete product definitions in detail, output product requirements, coordinate research and development.

6.To plan the construction cycle and development schedule of product functions, tracking, and coordinating product development progress, grasping product quality, and coordinating product deliver.

7.Sensitive in new things, familiar with block chain related technologies and products.

8.Must have degree certificate or above, minimum 3 years of related working experiences are required.
