职位描述：
挖掘用户需求，优化用户体验，创造产品价值；
负责公司所有业务的后台产品设计，包含产品的市场调研、需求分析、产品规划、功能设计，并推进与落实；
收集用户反馈，分析业务数据，持续优化产品
跨部门沟通，协助解决产品开发和实施中的问题, 达成产品目标
职位要求：
1.具备中文沟通能力
2.具备独立的产品功能规划与交互原型设计能力
3.熟悉开发流程，有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力
4.熟练使用Axure、Mindmanage等工具，精通流程图、泳道图的绘制
5.主导产品规划、完善产品细节定义，输出详细的产品需求文档，协调研发，测试开展工作
6.规划产品功能的建设周期及开发排期，跟踪协调产品的研发进度，把握产品质量，协调产品交付
7.对新事物敏感，熟悉区块链相关技术及产品
8.大专以上学历，3年以上工作经验。

Technology Product Manager

Job Description
Discover user’s needs, optimize user experiences, and create new product value.
Responsible for all the product background design of the company businesses, including product market research, demand analysis, product planning, functional design and promotion and implementation.
Collect users’ feedback and analyze business data in order continuously optimize products.
Communicate across departments, assist in solving problems in product development and implementation, and achieve product goals.
Requirements
Candidates must be available to communicate in Mandarin
Ability to do product function planning and interactive prototype design independently.
Familiar with the product development process, have strong communication and teamwork skills.
Familiar with Axure, Mindmanage and other tools, proficient in drawing flowcharts and swimlane diagrams.
To lead product planning, complete product definitions in detail, output product requirements, coordinate research and development.
6.To plan the construction cycle and development schedule of product functions, tracking, and coordinating product development progress, grasping product quality, and coordinating product deliver.
7.Sensitive in new things, familiar with block chain related technologies and products.
8.Must have degree certificate or above, minimum 3 years of related working experiences are required.
