Job Description --- CNC PROGRAMMER

DUTIES

 Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models

 Good proficiency in CNC/ CAD CAM Programming.

 Hands on experience in Mastercam

 Having similar experience in Precision parts programming

 Well versed in CADCAM, preferrence in Mastercam 2D and 3D programming

 Has experience in using DelCam

 Preferably CNC Milling/Turning Machine background

 Generate NC Programme and load the programme to designated machine

 Create geometry and check machining simulation

 Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software

 Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job

 Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications

 Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process

 Cleaning and maintaining the machine

 Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with relevant parties and

resolve technical issues with end users.

 Majority part for semicon sector and quality and speed is the main target

 Candidates with relevant experience in precision engineering, metal fabrication and

semi-con industry will be an advantageous

 Work according to production plan and maintain operational efficiency

 Carry out in process measurements and maintain product quality

 Maintain cleaniess in work stations

REPORTING

This position reports directly to CNC section Leader / Production Manager.

生成 NC 程序並將程序輸入指定工具機

創建幾何圖形並檢查加工仿真

將產品設計輸入計算機建模軟體

為加工任務選擇並安裝正確的刀具

調整工具機設置以滿足產品規格要求

解決生產製造過程中的故障與問題

清潔和維護工具機設備

具備良好的溝通和協調能力，能夠與相關部門對接並解決終端用戶的技術問題

生產部件主要面向半導體行業，以質量和加工速度為主要目標

具備精密工程、金屬加工和半導體行業相關經驗的候選人優先考慮

按照生產計劃開展工作並保持運作效率

執行加工過程中的尺寸測量並保證產品質量

保持工作區域的整潔
