職位描述 —— 質檢員 (QC Inspector)

崗位目標 (OBJECTIVES)

您的主要職責是負責公司的產品檢驗和測試，並監督相關生產操作，以確保產品符合生產標準。該崗位適用於任何涉及生產和組裝的行業。

工作職責 (DUTIES)

閱讀藍圖（圖紙）和技術規範，確保操作符合生產標準。

針對生產流程提出必要的調整與改進建議。

檢驗並測試公司生產的材料和設備。

使用千分尺（螺旋測微器）等工具/量具測量產品。

剔除不符合生產標準的產品，並提出不合格報告（NCR）以供審核。

對成品進行合格接收或拒收處理，並與生產團隊討論檢驗結果。

進行隨機的製程檢驗（工序檢驗），以評估產品質量。

完成上級主管交辦的其他相關工作。

任職要求 (REQUIREMENT)

最低學歷要求：O-Level / SPM 5科及格，或高中畢業文憑。

至少擁有 1-2 年在精密機械加工（Precision Machining）行業擔任質檢員（QC Inspector）的工作經驗。

熟悉精密機械加工領域的生產流程。

具備分析與解決問題的能力。

注重細節。

具備技術技能，能夠看懂藍圖、技術文檔和說明書。

具備基礎的數學知識和計算機操作技能。

能夠引導/影響他人遵守規則與規章制度。

具備團隊合作精神和團隊協作意識。

彙報對象 (REPORTING)

該職位直接向質量經理（Quality Manager）彙報。

Job Description --- QC Inspector

OBJECTIVES (GOALS)

Your main responsibilities are responsible for inspecting and testing products and overseeing operations for a company to ensure they meet production standards, and they can work in any industry that involves production and assembly.

DUTIES

Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards

Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes.

Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced by a company

Using gadgets such as micrometer screw gauges to measure products

Removing products that don』t meet production standards and raise NCR for review.

Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team

Performing In-process inspections at random to assess product quality.

Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENT

Minimum O-level /SPM 5 credits or high school diploma.

At least 1-2 years of experience work as QC Inspector in the Precision Machining industry.

Familiar with the production processes in Precision Machining field.

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Technical skills and ability to understand blueprints, documents and manuals

Knowledge of basic math and computer skills

Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations

Team player and teamwork mentality.

REPORTING

This position reports directly to Quality Manager.
