We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our growing esports organization. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to build a career in procurement within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and inventory coordination

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation

Support the team with administrative and operational tasks

Job Details:

Location: West Coast, Singapore

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including 1-hour break)

Salary: SGD 3,000/month

Probation period (3 months): SGD 2,400/month

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are welcome!

Willingness to learn with a positive and proactive attitude

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)

Training will be provided
