招聘崗位：銷售經理（Position: Sales Manager）

崗位職責（Job Responsibilities）

• 負責公司船舶系統集成相關業務的市場開拓與銷售工作，制定針對性銷售策略，挖掘潛在客戶需求，達成個人及團隊銷售目標。（Responsible for the market development and sales of the company's marine system integration related business, formulate targeted sales strategies, explore potential customer needs, and achieve individual and team sales targets.）

• 維護現有客戶關係，深化與船東、船廠、船舶配套企業等核心客戶的合作，及時響應客戶諮詢，提供專業的售前諮詢與售後跟進服務，提升客戶滿意度與忠誠度。（Maintain existing customer relationships, deepen cooperation with core customers such as shipowners, shipyards, and marine supporting enterprises, respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, provide professional pre-sales consultation and after-sales follow-up services, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.）

• 跟進完整銷售周期，包括客戶開發、需求對接、方案溝通、商務談判、合同簽訂及回款跟進等全流程工作。（Follow up the entire sales cycle, including the whole process of customer development, demand docking, program communication, business negotiation, contract signing and payment follow-up.）

• 關注船舶系統集成行業及新加坡本地海事市場動態、政策導向與競爭對手情況，定期反饋市場信息，為公司銷售策略優化與業務布局提供參考。（Pay attention to the dynamics of the marine system integration industry and the local maritime market in Singapore, policy orientation and competitors' situation, regularly feedback market information, and provide reference for the optimization of the company's sales strategy and business layout.）

• 配合公司技術團隊，協同推進項目落地，協助完成技術方案講解、產品演示等相關工作，參與行業展會、技術研討會等品牌推廣活動。（Cooperate with the company's technical team to promote project landing, assist in completing technical plan explanation, product demonstration and other related work, and participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars and other brand promotion activities.）

工作時間（Working Hours）

周一至周四：8:00 - 18:00（含合理午休時間）（Monday to Thursday: 8:00 - 18:00, including a reasonable lunch break）

周五：8:00 - 17:00（含合理午休時間）（Friday: 8:00 - 17:00, including a reasonable lunch break）
