【職位要求 / Requirements】

· 熟練掌握以下一項或多項技能：

水電工（水暖+電工） ·瓦工（貼磚、砌牆） ·木工（做柜子、吊頂） ·油漆工 ·地板安裝工 ·防水工 ·雜工/萬能工（會多種技能） ·各類安裝工（櫥櫃、門窗、衛浴）

備註： 會開車、有駕照者優先。」。

· Must be skilled in one or more of the following: · Plumber & Electrician

· Tiler (Tile laying, wall building)

· Carpenter (Cabinet making, ceiling installation)

· Painter

· Flooring Installer

· Waterproofing Specialist

· Handyman / Multi-skilled Worker (Proficient in multiple skills)

· Various Installers (Cabinet, door/window, bathroom fixture installation)

Note: Candidates with a driver’s license and driving experience will be given priority.

【優先條件 / Advantages】

· 持有有效駕照並能熟練駕駛者優先（提供更高薪資）。
