📍 工作地點:市中心辦公樓 (NEAR TANJIONG PAGAR / DOWNTOWN & SHENTONWAY MRT)
💰 薪資結構:
底薪:$2,500-$3,000
招聘提成:每成功聘用一人,$300佣金!
📌 工作內容包括:
✅ 根據公司需求招聘員工,安排並跟進面試進度
✅ 管理候選人資料與員工檔案,協助辦理入職手續
✅ 日常行政工作處理,如文件歸檔、物資採購、安排會議等
✅ 協助撰寫對外公司宣傳文案(招聘廣告、公司簡介等)
✅ 製作基本的公司PPT(例如:公司介紹、客戶提案、面試資料等)
✅ 協助老闆整理業務文檔與客戶資料
🎯 崗位要求:
✔ 有人力中介或招聘公司經驗優先
✔ 熟練使用 Word / Excel / PowerPoint
✔ 有一定文案能力,能獨立撰寫簡潔宣傳內容
✔ 積極主動,做事細緻,責任感強
✔ 中文流利,會英文更佳

💰 Salary:
Base: $2,500-$3,000

📌 Responsibilities:
✅ Handle monthly recruitment needs and interview arrangements
✅ Manage candidate and employee records, support onboarding
✅ Take care of admin tasks – filing, supplies, scheduling, etc.
✅ Assist in writing company marketing content (job ads, company intro)
✅ Create basic PowerPoint presentations for internal/external use
✅ Support the manager with business documents and client materials
🎯 Requirements:
✔ Recruitment agency or hiring experience preferred
✔ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
✔ Able to write clean, professional content in Chinese (English is a plus)
✔ Responsible, detail-oriented, independent
