三巴旺單間房出租（非常靠近地鐵）

I am looking to rent a common room. charges included utilities and wifi. The room has aircon, a wardrobe, a display shelf and a single bed. Light cooking is allowed. Only for single pax and female. The room is about 2 to 3 mins walk from Sembawang MRT.

我想租一間房間。租金包括水電費和網絡。房間有空調、衣櫃、展示架和一張單人床。允許清淡烹飪。房間只能單人住和只限女性。房間距離三巴旺地鐵站約2到3分鐘步行路程。
