工作時間:5天半制度,周一至周五10am-7pm,周六10am-2pm
薪資範圍:$2,000 - $2,200
工作職責:
通過電話、電子郵件或消息及時處理查詢或預約
履行行政職責,包括數據輸入、歸檔和實現、基本會計、簿記、收據管理及妥善歸檔
準備銷售報價和協議合同
以服務為導向,熱衷於客戶服務
能與各級人員愉快合作
職位要求:
良好的電腦技能(MS Office和 Chrome)
必須熟練掌握中文和英文書寫和口語
額外加分:能夠講馬來語或方言,以便跟顧客溝通
良好的人際交往和溝通技巧

Job Description:
Handles enquiries or appointments promptly through phone, email or walk-ins enquires
Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and achieving, basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management & maintain proper filing
Preparing sales quotation and agreement
Service oriented with a passion for customer service
Comfortable working with people from all levels
Job Requirements:
Good computer skills (MS Office and Chrome)
Chinese and English writing and speaking is MUST
Plus point: Able communicate with multilingual speaking customers (Malay & Direct)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
