1.負責公司在新加坡初創階段的相關行政事務,包括公司選址、房屋租賃,裝修等公司等相關事宜;

Job Description:
1、負責商品上架,包括商品標題、描述的撰寫及配圖,以及梳理配套產品需求等文檔;
1、Responsible for product shelving, including writing product titles and descriptions, creating graphic content, and preparing documents outlining the instruction book for complementary products;
2、根據公司平台需要制定產品招商方案,合作開發新產品。並參考交易數據,優化選品和商品展示,以提升交易量;
2、Develop product supply chain plans according to the company's platform needs and collaborate in the development of new products. Refer to transaction data to optimize product selection and presentation for increased transaction volume;
3、配合招商經理設定商品管理,並對貨期追蹤、貨物發運、貨物退換、調配等各項工作進行監控;

職位描述:
Job Description:
負責公司稅金的計算、申報和匯繳工作,協助進行企業年檢和相關資質申報、評定工作;
Responsible for calculating, declaring, and paying company taxes, assisting with annual inspections and related qualification applications and assessments;
2.月末核對帳面貨幣資金與實有資金的數額,監盤出納的現金盤點、編制銀行餘額調節表,核對內部往來,定期清理往來款;
At the end of the month, check the amount of cash and actual funds in the account, monitor the cash inventory of the cashier, prepare bank balance adjustment table, check internal transactions, and regularly clear transactions;
按照國家財務制度的規定,記帳、核帳、報帳做到手續完備、數字準確、帳目清楚、按期報帳;
According to the provisions of the national financial system, bookkeeping, account auditing, and expense reporting should be done with complete procedures, accurate numbers, clear accounts, and reporting on schedule;
編制會計報表要做到帳目健全、帳目清楚、日清月結、帳證帳務相符,報表要做到內容完整,數字清楚正確、報送及時;
