1)familiar with ISO and other quality control system. 2) have the leadership ability and can hands-on to build up and improve our QC sysytem so that complete, effective operation with clearly documented controls is in place and that no discrepancies. 3)familiar with the procedure of cnc milling, cnc turning and other precisions fabrication of mechanical components for semi-conductors' equipment. 4) good hands-on experience on using QC equipment and Tools, such as Mitutoyo CMM, height projectors, callipers, micromeres, thread gauges, pin-gauges and other QC inspection tools. 5) good writing skills on making all kinds of QC documents such as FAI form (First article inspection), PMP etc. 6) good skills of communication and coordination with customers' QC team with positive attitude of "quick and in-time response, satisfy customers' standard and request. 7) able to work under pressure with ability of self-driving, self-improving, and self-discipling.工作能主動,有效率，願意打拚。
