Personal Assistant (remote)
Requirements:
-Fluent in English and Chinese
-Outspoken
-Translate/Proofread translations from English to Chinese
-Minimum Diploma in any discipline (Preferably Diploma in Human Resources)
-Preferably someone with secretarial experiences
Responsibilities:
-Secretarial and administrative assistance, including but not limited to making restaurants reservation, booking flights and accommodation
-Coordinate events and speaking engagements
-Hiring
-Run errands as requested
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
5 days working week
