工作資格:

。以客戶服務為導向,熱衷於為客戶服務
。有美容和水療行業經驗者優先
。能夠保持冷靜,善於處理棘手的客戶
。必須精通計算機,例如微軟Office

. Provide professional customer support
. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
. Attend and promptly communicate customer needs and inquiries
. Manage all incoming calls and emails
. Administrative duties, including point of sale processes
. Gather customer satisfaction and feedback on customer service for continuous improvement
. Provide feedback on operational efficiency and customer service processes
. Undertake any other ad hoc duties when requested or assigned by management/branch manager
Qualifications:
. Fluent in English and ordinary Chinese (need to communicate with customers)
. Good and precise communication skills
. Customer service oriented and passionate about serving customers
. Experience in the beauty and spa industry is a plus
. Ability to remain calm and adept at handling difficult clients
. Must be computer savvy, such as Microsoft Office
