職位描述摘要

負責準備工作進度表，指導和協調分包工作，所有相關的施工活動，以在可接受的質量、時間目標、項目預算和安全規定範圍內完成項目。

基本工作職能：

1. 解決所有技術和非技術問題

2. 負責所有分包商的技術圖紙、方法說明和建議書的提交和監控。

3. 確保主管和領班滿足客戶和監管要求。

4. 進行短期規劃以滿足現場進度。

5. 研究工作規範和施工圖以確定合適的施工方法

6. 參與並準備客戶/顧問/分包商會議

7. 協調、規劃和監控現場工作、材料、廠房和設備

8. 與分包商解決現場問題

工作要求

學歷：

建築相關行業的最低文憑持有人，至少 5 年一般建築工程經驗，或土木工程/建築管理/建築或建築相關學科學位，至少 3 年經驗。

所需知識：

1. SIA 合同形式的基本知識是必不可少的。

2. 熟練使用Microsoft Project Management、Autocad、MS Excel和MS Office。

3. 必須用普通話和英語寫好與客戶溝通

4. 房屋、建築物或其他結構的建造所涉及的材料、方法和工具的知識。

工資 (月薪) - 新幣$3,600.00至新幣$ 4,000.00

Job Description Summary

Responsible for the preparations of work schedules, to direct, and coordinate, subcontracts』 works, all construction activities concerned to achieve completion of projects within acceptable quality, time targets, project budgets and safety regulations.

Essential Job Functions

1. To resolve all technical and non-technical issues

2. Responsible for submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method statements and proposals of all subcontractors.

3. To ensure supervisors & foremen meet client & regulatory requirements.

4. To carry out short-term planning to meet site progress.

5. Study job specifications and construction drawings to determine appropriate construction methods

6. To participate and be prepared in client/consultant/sub-contractor meetings

7. To co-ordinate, program and monitor site work, materials, plant & equipment

8. To resolve site issues with subcontractors

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma holders in construction related industry with minimum 5 years』 experience in general building works or a Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Architectural or construction related discipline with minimum 3 years』 experience.

Knowledge Required:

1. Basic knowledge of the SIA Form of Contract is essential.

2. Competent in the use of Microsoft Project Management, Autocad, MS Excel and MS Office.

3. Must write well in Mandarin and English language to communicate with clients

4. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of houses, buildings, or other structures.

Salary (Monthly) - S$3,600.00 to S$ 4,000.00
