Duties:

• To provide professional recommendations of products and services to customers

• To provide customized treatment and beauty consultations.

• Deliver excellent customer service standards

• Perform skin and body analysis

• Work together as a team to achieve overall performance targets

• Handling customer enquiries

• To build and maintain good relationship with customers.

• To provide Excellent and Follow Up Services towards customers.

Requirements

• Experienced in a beauty salon / medical spa / aesthetics centre / spa

• Prior knowledge in beauty treatments is a plus

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Well-groomed with a friendly personality

• A team player and able to multi-task

• Training and uniforms provided

• A passion for the aesthetics and beauty industry

• Positive working attitude, pleasant and cheerful personality

• Friendly and caring towards customers

• Good communications and interpersonal skills and service orientated

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

• Able to speak English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking customer
