會計助理 / Account Assistant (AR)
• Maintaining the billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations with customers
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Prepare monthly ageing receivable reports
• Perform daily cash collection from drivers and customers
• Any other ad-hoc assigned by superior
• Familiar with cloud based system DYNAMIC 365 & MYOB will be advantages.
• 5 day or 6 day per weeks
維護計費系統
• 生成發票和帳戶報表
• 與客戶進行帳戶對帳
• 維護應收帳款文件和記錄
• 準備月度帳齡應收帳款報告
• 每天向司機和客戶收取現金
• 上級指派的任何其他工作
• 熟悉雲端系統DYNAMIC 365 & MYOB 將是優勢
• 每周 5 天或 6 天
