公司直聘—Office admin 辦公室行政管理兼基礎財務文書工作
公司直聘 DP PR 優先考慮
1.支持辦公室的行政工作.
2.基礎的財務工作例如:開發票以及銷售記錄更新,確保及時準確的記錄應收帳款。
3.保持文件的分類和歸檔.
4.維護和訂購辦公用品,保持庫存充足.
5.可以履行臨時分配的其它職責.
五天工作日 9:00-6:00 (市區CBD辦公樓)
要求英文書寫過關,踏實認真品格端正的女性。
Responsibilities:
1.Support in office administrative work.
2.Invoicing, update sales record ,To ensure timely and accurate recording of receivable.
3.Maintain matching and filing of documentations
4.Maintain and Ordering of office supplies
5.May perform other duties an responsibilities as assigned
Requirements :
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office .can write and speak English and Chinese
· Hard working, good attitude, independent with good initiative
