求租房，在國大醫院附近

肯特崗地鐵站附近有沒有單間出租(或兩人合租)？最好是頂樓，沒有冷氣最好(本人平時不吹空調電扇)。我在國大醫院上班，目前住集體宿舍。但是他們總在室內抽煙(我最受不了煙味)。而且我睡眠淺，所以人多了總睡不好覺。本人愛乾淨，以前租房子退房的時候就跟沒住過一樣。預算在300(醫院補貼)，但是多點兒也行不能超450。合租的話男女都可以，但是一定要自律，不能抽煙，謝謝🙏
