Standard Term & Conditions for Full-timer Outlet Position

■ 6 days per week

■ Off-day on Mon-Thu

■ OT Pay, incentives

■ On-job training

■ Staff desserts/vouchers

■ Cashiering duties

■ Preparation of desserts

■ Upkeep hygiene and cleanliness

■ Stock take/material requisition

■ English and Mandarin Speaking

■ Basic Package 基礎配套: $1400 (Basic $800; Fixed OT $600)

■ Full attendance 滿勤: $100

■ Skilled allowance 技能津貼: up to $400

■ Supervisor Allowance 店長津貼: up to $400

■ KPI Incentive 業績獎勵: up to $600 (depends on monthly KPI scores)

■ Gross salary

Crew: $1600 - $2120

Assist Supervisor: $1950 - $2780

Supervisor: $2450 - $3210

■ Working hrs 工作時間: 1030-2230 (2x30min break)

■ Off-day 休息日: 4 days/month, on weekdays

■ Annual leave 年假: 7 days (annual increment of one day and capped at 12 days)

■ Sick leave 病假: 14 days

■ Outpatient medical claim 門診醫藥費: $200/year

■ Dress code 穿著: black T-shirt with Jeans (apron, uniform and badge will be provided)
