PROJECT CO-ORDNIATOR

Job Requirement

• Candidates is to possess a class 3 license

• Candidates must be able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to liaise with associates)

• Candidates are required to be able to use operate with Mircosoft office

• Candidates are prefered with 2-3 year of working experience in relevant sector (commerical interior Fit Out experience preferred)

• Candidates are required to understand drawings, design plan and structural plan

• During the project period, there will be long working hour including weekend.

• During the project period, there will be night work and extended hours.

Job Description

• Developing site reports to Project Manager or Client

• Liaising with sub-contractors at site

• Ensuring sub-contractors are at the right track and timeline

• Ensuring construction site cleanliness

• Supervising of the construction site

• Assisting company's Project Coordinator

• Coordination with management for mall clearance

• Coordination with clients for repair works and maintenance

• Coordination works with internal staff for deliveries and work schedule
