-五分鐘走到四美地鐵站 也可以搭巴士兩個站大概三分鐘可以到。3分鐘走路去upper Changi藍線地鐵站。有直達車去Changi General Hospital, Changi Airport, Changi Business Park, Tampines，走路可到SUTD。

-附近有east point shopping mall， 24小時NTUC超市，有食閣，麥當勞和多處吃飯的地方。

-公寓有超大游泳池，健身房，籃球場，網球場，桑拿房，活動室， BBQ, 24小時保安。 全部的設施都可以使用。

-可煮但是不能煮咖喱或者味道太重的食物。煮完要打掃乾淨。
