1）需要有本地菜飯（馬來西亞或新加坡）經驗

2）頭手經驗，熟悉備貨、出菜流程；

4）手腳快，出菜穩定；出菜細膩，不粗糙，並且可以根據客戶群調整口味；

5）簡單計算成本和規劃每日菜品的量和變菜

6）容易交流溝通，遵從按排。

Looking for Tze Char/ Zi Char main chef for Food shop in Novena, Singapore.

Experienced chef with at least 2 years cooking various (Singapore/Malaysia/ASEAN/Asia) dishes.

Knowledge of cooking methods, logistics and ingredients planning/budgeting/purchase

Fast operation, stable , detailed plan, careful with the food/dishes, clean , neat and tidy, keep improving dishes and understand customers taste bug and liking, and adjust cooking style/method/taste accordingly

Easy with communication and willing to accept changes if necessary
