工作內容:

第一時間在線為客戶提供最專業的諮詢解答服務

交易平台的操作等知識和相關問題

通過email, livechat, telegram回復相關信息

公司客戶群的維護及問題回復；-及時更新公司網站中的常見問題/解決方案頁面

與公司各部門保持密切聯繫以提升高質量服務

任職要求：

要求：diploma以上學歷

能輪班次：8am-5pm；3pm-12am（晚班可在家辦公），5天制

流利的中文書面及口語表達能力 (純中文能力月薪S$2000-2500/月)

中英文書面及口語表達能力 (雙語能力月薪S$2800-3300/月)

對金融交易和數字貨幣擁有熱情；

學習能力強，提供在職培訓

優秀的交流溝通能力，獨立解決問題能力；

高度的責任心及團隊合作意識。

Customer Service Support - Fintech (Homebase, Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide efficient and high standards customer service support in Crypto trading via live chat or email

Familiar with company trading platform and keeping up-to-date on general market conditions to attend inquiries and provide first-class trading experience

Diligently and effectively manage and follow up the enquiry/complaints of the current/prospective clients

Understand customers 』needs and convert it constructive feedback to management

Continuously seek for improvement to enhance team’s performance and work efficiency

Job Requirements:

Work on weekends or shifts is required

Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline

Fluent in English & Mandarin in communication and writing (in order to liaise Mandarin speaking clients)

Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Team player, who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to a client request for assistance
