Certified Swimming Coach/Instructor/Teacher by ISA(International Sports Academy)

1.授課內容/Swim Styles：

1）蛙泳、自由式、仰泳、蝶泳

Brest Stroke, Front Crowl, Back Stroke, Butterfly

2）基本安全自救（可選）/Self-Survival Skills (Optional)

例如:如何水中穿戴救生衣，如何在船隻遇險後自救等

How to wear life jacket on the water and save energy efficiently when incident occur etc...

2.授課時間/Time：8:00-21:00

3.授課時長/Duration：60min

4.課程費用/Tuition Fee：

1) 1 to 1：$90/lesson

2)1 to 2: $70/lesson/swimmer

5.授課語言/Languages：雙語/Chinese&English

公共泳池/Public Swimming Pool

7.學員說明/Who is available to learn?：

1).可為0游泳基礎學員

Those who has NO swimming experience

2).也可為遇到瓶頸，希望進行動作姿勢矯正、提升速度的學員

Those who hopes to improve the skills to swim smoothly & easily

3).還有想通過水下運動，達到塑身的效果的學員

Those who hopes slim themselves via the exercise in the water

8.學員範圍/Learner：兒童和成人/Child & Adult

9.收據/Receipt：

學員可收到公司提供的合法收據，以便學員報銷使用。

We can provide official receipt so that swimmers are able to claim from company's benefit or allowance.

教練簡介/Coach Introduction：

1.本人曾為游泳專業學校固定教練員，受過專業培訓，教學內容為澳大利亞游泳教師教練協會（ASTCA)所認證.

Coach used to teach students in sports academy for many years and the contents of courses are certified by ASTCA (Australia Swimming Teacher and Coach Association).

2.獲得國際運動學院ISA(International Sports Academy)頒發的一級教練證書。

Coach has the Swim Certification, which issued by ISA(International Sports Academy).

3.獲得SERA(Singapore Emergency Responder Academy)頒發的急救員證書，為學員在泳池的安全保駕護航。

Coach has the Emergency Certification, which issued by SERA (Singapore Emergency Responder Academy).
