• Supervise and lead a chain of outlets. 監督並領導-並領導連鎖商店.

• Guide and train new staffs and ensure staff retention 指導和培訓新員工，確保員工保留率

• Ensure smooth running of daily operations 確保日常運營的順利進行

• Achieve monthly sales KPI set by company 實現公司設定的月銷售KPI

• Min 2 years of retail/sales in beauty/spa/TCMedical experience is an advantage 最少2年的美容/水療/ TCMedical零售/銷售經驗是一個優勢

• Customer service oriented and sales driven 客戶服務和銷售驅動的角色

• Supervisory experience in managing a team with a proven sales track record 管理具有成熟銷售記錄的團隊的監督經驗

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin an advantage 雙語英語和華語有優勢
