Logistics Coordinator 後勤協調員

Responsibilities

1. Planning logistics for all functions. 規劃所有職能的後勤工作。

2. Full Preparation of logistics for daily functions. 全面準備日常職能的物流。

3. Unpacking of logistics upon arrival back to warehouse.抵達倉庫後打開物流包裝。

4. Liaise with Operation Team with regards to all logistics prepared for respective functions and ensure.與運營團隊就所有為各職能準備的物流保持聯繫並確保

5. Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.通過每月進行實物計數來維護庫存; 調和差異; 輸入數據。

6. Stock take of specified logistics and make procurement to ensure enough stocks for smooth operational flow. 特定物流的庫存和採購，以確保足夠的庫存，以實現順暢的運營流程。

7. Maintaining of catering logistics and designated areas, includes upkeeping of all buffet equipment.維持餐飲物流和指定區域，包括維護所有自助餐設備。

8. Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.確保倉庫容量保持在最佳水平。

9. Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements. 通過組織占地面積來維護存儲區域; 堅持存儲設計原則; 建議改進

10. Occasional Delivering, setting up and clearing of catering functions..偶爾提供，設置和清除餐飲功能。

11. Assisting with Food checks and Beverage Making.協助進行食品檢查和飲料製作。

12. All tasks and duties assigned by the management.管理層分配的所有任務和職責。

Requirements

*Singaporean/ Singapore PR

• Singapore Class 3 / 4 Driving License (Optional)

• Preferably to have prior experience in Food & Beverage operations

• Able bodied

• Able to work 6 days a week (Working hours varies with functions/events and manager’s scheduling )

• Able to communicate in English and Chinese

• Good personality and working attitude

• Forward Thinking and strong analytical skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Accountable

• Team Player (Good Interpersonal Skills)

• No previous medical issues

Salary: $2200.00
