招聘新加坡機場招待員

Receptionist/Customer Service for Airport.

(2 months agency fee applicable $3,600)

JOB SCOPE:

• 80% of the time is Counter Duties (Answering all types of enquiries, WIFI passwords and directory guidance)

• 20% of the time rover/patrol around to help customers

Shift (Full Time):

• Work 4 days off 2 days

• Morning Shift (0530H – 1530H) Afternoon Shift (1500H-0100H)

• Transport provided (mini bus)

Salary:

• $1800 gross salary (Basic + Allowances)

• Increased to $1950 gross salary after 4months probation

• Great Welfare

Additional Incentives:

-Quarterly Performance Bonus (25% of monthly salary per quarter) Subject to meeting KPIs

-Quarterly Wellness Allowance ($200) Subject to meeting the required criteria

· 在機場巡邏和接待詢問者，並且拿著iPad 回答所有類型的查詢，提供頂尖的樟宜經驗

· 多數時會在櫃檯接待

招聘要求：

· 頂級英文溝通能力 （英文7級以上水準）

· 無經驗也行，但要有好的溝通能力，有自信能兼任這份工

工作時間：

· 每做四天，休息兩天

· 早班 （05：30 – 15：30）| 晚班 （15：00 – 01：00）

· 公司會提供迷你巴士在 05：30 和 01：00

薪水：

· 總薪酬 新幣 $1800 （底薪+津貼）

· 經過4個月的試用期，總薪酬增加到 新幣 $1950
