Any person with/without experience in the mobile industry are welcome. Sales experience would be a bonus.

Job Summary:

As an Assistant Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to manage all sales related transactions and providing professional assistance to customers. You will be in-charged of driving the company sales to achieve even higher figures and ensuring customer service and operational processes are beyond expectation to create customer loyalty. You are also required to handle basic stock and inventory taking.

Job Duties:

• To brainstorm and create suitable promotion and sales strategies from time to time.

• Able to perform marketing researches, aware of market changes from time to time.

• To perform stocks and inventory taking.

• To ensure company property, stock and cash are secured at all times.

• To operate and deliver processes to ensure store meets all legal requirements.

Job Requirements:

• PR/WP/SP/Malaysians

• Bubbly attitude and keen learner.

*Diploma and above. Fresh student preferred!

• Immediate starter.

• Sales oriented with positive attitude.

• Passionate about delivering great customer services.

• Have a fresh thinking and continuous improvement mindset.

• Be a strong influencer able to communicate at all levels with excellent customer service skills.

• We emphasise on services so street-smart with related experience and lighting quick thinking would be a bonus.

• To act and operate on own initiative

• Able to commit to retail hours.

• Proficient in both communicating and writing in English. Dialects would be a welcome.

Salary:

Working hours is from 11am to 9pm daily, subjected to 5 days off per month.

• $1200 for the first 3 months. If you are recruited after the probation period, your salary will be upgraded to basic salary of $1600 inclusive of commission. (Average of $2500-$3000 per month depending on performance and attitude) Year End Bonus will be given too.

工作介紹：

做為銷售經理（助理），你的主要工作是提供專業的服務給顧客，並且順利的完成交易。運用銷售技巧提高銷售業績。提供最好的服務給新老顧客，確保顧客不會流失，同時吸引更多的新顧客來店消費。此外還需要幫助店長清點庫存以及日常銷售流水帳目。

主要職責：

1.根據庫存情況，協助店長制定促銷以及銷售策略。

2.定時調查市場，分析市場走勢，快速反應制定相關策略。

3.定時檢查庫存，確保庫存準確。

4.保證公司財產安全。

5.保證出貨以及日常交易與顧客的一系列環節在法律允許範圍之內。

工作需要：

1.新加坡PR/馬來西亞人/WP/SP

2.態度積極，肯吃苦，有拼勁，學習能力強。

3.專科以及，專科以上學歷。新畢業學生優先錄取。

4.可以快速上崗。

5.有自我創新能力的去完成工作，熱情的服務顧客。

6.較好的交際能力，和快速的反應，應變能力者優先。

7.熟練聽、寫、說英語，華語。掌握其他語言者優先考慮。

薪水以及工作時間：

工作時間 11:00am- 9:00pm。

一個星期工作6 天。 拜一到拜五店長會安排休息。

前三個月試用期$1200，轉正後底薪$1600 + 提成（具體提成可商議，每個月薪水大概$2500-$3000左右） 年底有花紅。
