I am a graduate student at the National University of Singapore. All tenants in the rooms are NUS graduate students. I rent my room for at least one month(450 SGD/month, including water, electricity and network). The air-condition work well makes the bedroom comfortable. The house have installed fiber, so you can enjoy surfing net. It is really convenient for people living here since there are a lot of food centres downstairs. You just spend 3 minutes walking to the food centres, 3-7 minutes to 2 bus stops, 5 minutes to Clementi subway station, 7 minutes to the fareprice and various shops, 10 minutes to the cinema. The existing tenants are lovely and kind girls.
