不可以帶朋友到家裡來

不可以在房間煮東西，只可以在廚房小煮 。不可以大煮（動油）。煮完要收拾乾淨。

不可以在屋子 房間內抽煙

每個月七號之前付租金,拖欠超過兩個禮拜 就要立刻搬走。

一個月押金 一個月提前通知如果沒有繼續住下去。最少要住半年。

自己搞好衛生，不可以弄骯髒屋子
