Job Description:

Established in 2002, IDEA MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD (EA Lic: 04C4555) has its

business scope range from Human Resources to General Insurance.

Job Scope:

• Attend phone enquires & customer visits

• Result oriented, assist in generate more sales

• Follow up with existing clients' job orders (majority Mandarin speaking) via phone

& follow thru

• Perform online transactions

• Prepare emails, quotatioins, job orders, invoices, etc.

• Liaise with overseas counterparts if required

• Any other ad hoc duties assiged by the management

Job Requirements:

Singaporean

• 21 and above

• Comfortable with phone comunication

• Enjoy dealing with people

• Self motivated and result driven

• Professionalism and careful person

• Good command in PC & MS Office

• Capability in implementation, follow up & follow thru

• Independent & require minimum supervision

• Minimum O level, CEI certified preferred
