The unit is located on high floor in a tranquil and nice estate with ample parks and greenery along Fernvale Road (in Sengkang West, but 5 mins walk to Yio Chu Kang Road), and a short distance to Seletar, Jalan Kayu, Ang Mo Kio and Serangoon town centers with MRT stations. The unit is bright and windy.

The unit is well furnished with essential electrical appliances like oven, refrigerator, water heater, washing machine, TV, air-con and tenants can cook. Wifi is provided free and is a "non-smoking" environment.

The bedrooms are nicely decorated with cartoon theme and bright with a nice bird eye’s view of the estate. The rooms consist of single bed, air-con, fan, LED TV, wardrobe, writing desk and chair etc.

The estate is near to amenities. A mini-mart and café are just located on the void deck (ground floor) and about 5-10 mins walk to the shopping malls (i.e. famous Jalan Kayu Roti Prata shop, Seletar Mall and Greenwich Mall) that have cinemas, foodcourts, restaurants, supermarkets, clinics and retail shops. Bus stops and train (LRT) stations are also conveniently located within walking distance (2~3 mins) and about 10-12 mins ride to Sengkang or Serangoon MRT stations (about 15-20 mins to Nanyang Polytechnic or AMK MRT).

Only for FEMALE tenant (one person a room), preferably Singaporean/PR, and only from Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan who can speak some Mandarin with basic English and wei xin - zfy_ed.
