Investment Sr. Associate- Singapore （Goldman Sachs Group）

1. Analyze market data, industry trends and operating metrics to aid investment decision-making; 

2. Source qualified targets based on business strategy and investment focus;

3. Evaluate potential targets for investment and acquisition;

4. Participate in all aspects of investment transactions including: analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation with high quality;

5. Monitor financial/operational performance and leverage internal/external resources to facilitate the growth of portfolio companies.

6. 3-5 years of work experience in venture capital, investment banks or consulting firms focused on internet/technology-related sectors; Bachelor/Master degree from top-tier universities; a MBA degree from a prestigious business school is a plus; 

7. Solid understanding of financial and investment models, well connected in the industry;

8. Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills; excellent problem-solving skills and results-oriented;

9. Hard-working, down-to-earth, mature and team-oriented; excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
