Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations (aluminium door, gate, and windows)
Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Assist in project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting
Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are properly arranged for site needs
Handle documentation, site records, and compliance-related paperwork
Support project managers in resolving operational and site issues
Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with project requirements
Requirements:
Prior experience in the construction/building / M&E / renovation industry is required
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email)
Able to liaise with different stakeholders effectively
