job Description

Key Responsibilities

• 1、Oversee the outstanding operation of the restaurant, ensuring consistent and stable delivery of QA (Food Safety) and QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).

• 2、Handle customer feedback and complaints beyond expectations to enhance customer satisfaction.

• 3、Continuously standardize and optimize restaurant work processes according to operational guidelines to improve QSC.

• 4、Lead the team to achieve business and profit targets.

• 5、Build the store - level team, including recruitment, training, and development of subordinates.

• 6、Conduct restaurant business area analysis and market research on competitors, and propose effective suggestions.

【Requirements】

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

• Strong sense of goal, proficient in identifying and resolving problems through systems.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively motivate the team, and strong stress - resistance
