General Operations Manager \$5000 - 8000

job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full operations of three outlets, ensuring consistent service standards and operational excellence.

• Lead the pre-opening of new outlets (target June 2026), including licensing, recruitment, training, and launch planning.

• Liaise directly with brand headquarters in China to ensure proper execution of brand standards in Singapore.

• Take full ownership of P&L, managing revenue, manpower, and food costs to achieve profitability targets.

• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and a team of 30–50 staff, fostering a strong and positive team culture.

• Report regularly to senior management/board on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SC/PR).

• At least 5 years of F&B management experience, including 5+ years managing multiple outlets.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with China-based stakeholders.

• Proven experience in P&L management and new outlet openings.

• Good understanding of Singapore labor laws and food safety regulations.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution ability.
