Looking for 1 male housemate for Watercolours condo at Pasir Ris starting from 22 May 2024. Option of small room rent $1000, or medium room $1250 (bed frame and bed will be provided), utilities to be shared. To stay with a married couple and another male, all Malaysians. Light cooking allowed.

Condo amenities include swimming pool, gym, tennis court. Free shuttle bus to White Sands, 10 min walk to Downtown East and Pasir Ris Park. Near to bus routes 3, 3A, 5, 6, 17, 89, 661.
