- Looking for HR cum Admin Executive
- Responsible for all staff claims, allowance, medical claims and daily attendance.
- Support and Work closely with other departments in related tasks.
- Responsible in generating invoices, contracts and email to customers.
- Ensure prompt collection for all outstanding due.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Proficient in MS Office and some basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to mentor and guide others.
- Problem solver with attention to details.
- Dynamic and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Outspoken, self-motivated and mature.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
