Position: Head of Vehicle Operations and Maintenance

Job Description:

1. Love riding bikes. Have a positive attitude towards life. Have good communication skills.

2. Be responsible for the efficient operation of vehicles in the jurisdictions, including but not limited to the planning of delivery points, vehicle dispatch, operation and maintenance and operating activities.

3. For personnel management, you should be responsible for the recruitment, assessment of staff in the jurisdictions and reasonable allocation of tasks to promote efficient vehicle operation and reduce operating costs.

4. Be responsible for data analysis of vehicle operating conditions to find effective ways of order promotion.

Job Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate degree or above. Candidates who are skilled in Chinese will be preferred, because the position requires communication with Chinese leaders.

2. People who have business experience (such as BD) or experience in internet market development are preferred.
