Job Description

• Perform full spectrum of accounting functions (including but not limited to month-end closing activities, maintaining accurate journal entries and monthly reconciliation, GST submissions, WHT submission etc.)

• Able to prepare and compile financial and management reports

• Preparation of Audit Schedules and liaising with external auditor during Annual Audit

• Having relevant knowledge of corporate tax and handle tax computation

• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents and company secretaries on annual AGM, statutory audit and yearly tax filing matters

• Assist in handling accounts payable functions

• Liaise with banks and various departments on operational matters

• Managing cash book and maintain proper records and supporting documents for accounting /bookkeeping.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or related studies or related discipline (ACCA/CPA/CA qualifications are an advantage);

• At least 3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills

• Obtained audit experience is an advantage

• Working location at CBD

• Work language: English and Mandarin

Salary: SGD 3300-3800
