In this role, you can be part of YONYOU SINGAPORE team and you will manage the execution of the recruitment strategy through planning, event execution, maintaining an active presence on candidate management.
Responsible
1.Driving the end to end recruitment and internal staff training program.
2.Creating and executing strategy for the recruitment.
3.Posting the company hiring advertisement.
4.Manage vacancies and provide the business with outstanding candidates by effectively screening all relevant applicants.
5.Communicating with company and arranging the interview.
6.Other HR related matters.
Requirement
Excellent command of the both Mandarin and English language (verbal, written and read) is required.
Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal
Self-starter with high energy level
