Assist with "costume on the move service"
Job Description:
Pack, load and deliver costumes/mascots alongside the porter
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
Receive goods and update the procurement team
Map out driving routes to determine the most efficient schedule every morning
Provide logistics assistance to the various departments
Schedule regular car/truck service appointments and report any issues
Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car/truck
use WhatsApp to organize with team members on the route
ad hoc daily duties
work out structure and assist team to make it efficient and clear for everyone to work with
Purchasing of fabric and items related to costumes/mascots
Follow up with delivery couriers
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
Valid driver’s license (Manual)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good driving record with no traffic violations
Interact with customers in a professional manner
Work occasional evenings and weekends (OT)
Strong time management and customer service skills
O/A Levels
Minimally Chinese and English speaking, Best would be able to speak Chinese, English, and Malay.
