Monday to Saturday working. Off on Sunday and PH.

Responsibilities
• Sale of products based on customer needs.
• Attend to customer inquiries, feedbacks or complaints on phone, email, live chat portals in timely and professional manner.
• Manage customer self-collection of online purchase.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Pre-U/ A level/ Diploma in any field.
• Positive outlook, outgoing and friendly personality. Client centric.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office). Adobe Photoshop is a plus point.
• Good spoken and written English. Good spoken Mandarin.
• Experience in telecommunication retail sales will be an advantage.
