We are looking for someone easy going to live as a friend or family. We have a spacious common room @ bukit merah central for rent. The room are fully furnished with fan, aircon, tv, computer table, chair, side table, queen size bed, mirror and cupboard. As this is a 5 room HDB point block, its has only 4 units on each floor so we have lots of privacy compares to those with common corridor. The lift lands on each floor.  There is a small garden, playground and exercise area beneath the block.  We are on high floor with unblock view and our neighbours are friendly people.we allow cooking and use of common area but need to reinstate after use. The kitchen is fully equipped, I have recently brought new washer and dryer.  We are all adults here, so all we ask is consideration for each other.

Nearest MRT station is Redhill 10 to 15 Mins walking distance or alternatively, there are few buses to MRT stations or anywhere as the bus interchange are 3 mins walk away. We are located next to the library, 2 storey ntuc supermarket, clinics, salons,coffeshops, hawker centers, public swimming pool, macdonald, kfc, subways , pizza restaurants and many other shops etc Sport complex, bowling centre, community centre and Markets are nearby too.

We are located southwest of Singapore, 15 mins drive to Vivo, Sentosa, Orchard and Central Business District and Science Park.
