Accounts Assistant [Alt Sat (Half Day) /Full Set/Bukit Batok Area]

Job Responsibilities:
• Data entry into accounting system
• Handle the full spectrum of the Accounts Payable function
• Ensure invoices are properly approved and process payment timely and accurately
• Cost Control and Cost Reduction
• Attend to queries from external auditors
• Staff Claim and Petty Cash management
• Analysis & reporting
• Review oversea companies expenses
• Purchase for day-to-day maintenance
• Ad-hoc assignment as per required
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Accountancy or relevant qualification or above
• Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Motivated, structured, analytical and pro-active approach
• Team players with initiative and self-discipline
• Talent for figures and accuracy
• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
