不可以带朋友到家里来

不可以在房间煮东西，只可以在厨房小煮 。不可以大煮（动油）。煮完要收拾干净。

不可以在屋子 房间内抽烟

每个月七号之前付租金,拖欠超过两个礼拜 就要立刻搬走。

一个月押金 一个月提前通知如果没有继续住下去。最少要住半年。

自己搞好卫生，不可以弄肮脏屋子
