This role is responsible in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve Company’s objectives in driving sales by developing and executing marketing programs to reach higher revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities
Responsible for digital marketing and e-commerce in the marketing department.
Plan, executive, manage in implementing marketing programs, ensuring that marketing and company objectives are met
Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge
Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and continued advancements in digital technologies and marketing best practices
Plan and manage budget across all marketing channels and platforms
Track and measure the performance of all marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing ROI
Track customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints of a customer journey
Develop a protocol that ensures response to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications
Provide regular management updates on business performance and marketing programs efficiency, including examination of the effectiveness of the programs, best practice sharing and improvement plans, in order to continuously achieve the best utilization of resources and maximization of sales and revenue growth
Manage and guide the marketing team on the execution of marketing activities, coach them to raise their competencies and motivate them to achieve good outcomes
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Marketing or any relevant field
Self-motivated, customer focus
Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong stakeholder engagement
Excellent people, verbal and communication skills
Team player, but able to work independently in a constantly evolving environment
Multi-task & organisation
Understanding of Digital Marketing strategies
