Jenny四岁开始学习古筝，师从著名古筝大师焦金海及古筝表演艺术家查干。九岁那年, 她荣获2014 "国际华人民族器乐大赛" (新加坡) 小学中年级组古筝独奏银奖，并在十岁考获南洋艺术学院 - 中央音乐学院的古筝演奏专业文凭。她也曾被邀参与Capital College的宣传视频拍摄。12岁那年她加入新加坡国家青年华乐团，并于NAFA举办的第一届新加坡南洋国际音乐大赛少年组获得第一名。2020年，她荣获新加坡华乐比赛古筝中级组冠军。
Jenny started learning Guzheng at the tender age of four under the tutelage of renowned Guzheng master Jiao Jin Hai and Guzheng Performer Artist Chagan.
When she was in Primary Three, she participated in the Zheng Solo of Primary School Middle Grades Group of 2014 International Chinese Traditional Instruments Competition (Singapore) and won Second Prize.
By age ten, she had attained Guzheng Diploma in the NAFA-CCOM Chinese instruments graded examination. She has also been invited to Capital College for a promotional video shoot.
At the age of 12, she was admitted into Singapore National Youth Chinese Orchestra (SNYCO) and also clinched Gold and first Prize in category in the Nanyang International Music Competition (Guzheng Solo). In 2020 she achieved the First Prize in the Singapore Chinese Music Competition (SCMC).
